About Jim Nolan
Jim Nolan started his career in 1983 with the Coldwell Banker Commercial Group (CBRE) as an Office Leasing broker. While at CB he won several awards as "Top 5" and became Ft. Lauderdale's first "Most Valuable Player". In 1990 he co-founded Cartwright Nolan Commercial Properties. CN became a highly visible and successful boutique firm and in 1997 CN merged with LaSalle Partners (Jones Lang LaSalle). At the time JLL had little presence in South Florida and through Cartwright and Nolan it quickly became a force in the market. In 2003 Nolan joined the Butters Development Group as a Senior Vice President. Butters is one of the most highly respected full service real estate firms in South Florida. Nolan assisted in the sales and leasing of the large Butters portfolio. In 2007, Nolan founded Nolan Consulting, LLC to specialize ONLY in representing tenants and buyers of office and industrial space and land for development in those two disciplines. Since then Nolan has continued to build strong relationships with local, national and international clients. Recently he has completed a 700,000 square foot lease and expansion with Bulletline in Hialeah which is one of the largest industrial leases ever done in the Florida market.
His experience has taught him the value of long term relationships by providing quality service.
